Uhm... check your maths again.

If R=K/P is the tie ratio at a given week, the condition for it to increase next week is to sell more KZ2 copies than R*dP where dP is the number of PS3 sold next week.

In our case, if next week 150K PS3 are sold, then KZ2 needs to sell more than 6% of that = 9K copies to increase its tie ratio.
