Pre Crisis Superman would destroy goku.

Destroy Planets?  Pre Crisis Superman juggled them.

He destroyed an entire galaxy with a sneeze.

Also... i'd mention goku got hurt when Krillian hit him with a rock. 

These guys have planet destroying blasts... but bleed when punched.

It all points to the Dragon Ball Z guys being extermly energy resistant... yet weak when it comes to physical combat.

Superman.

Given a yellow star and no kryptonite, Superman is effectively unkillable. Goku will run out of power eventually, Superman never will.

The fact that people are actually picking over the blonde energizer saiyan and not the man of steel is depressing.
