no cross game chat >:( sony needs to step away from PSN and let someone else do it... another way to text people is just stupidly retated

YAY for PSN IM! Now when me, Jo21, and MakingMusic are playing something other then KZ2(as rare as that is) we can still chat with each other without the full hassle of surfing through the XMB.

you can create a room ,,,,16 players can join  and you guys can either text or voice chat in that room

Do mics really work?

Even if they didn't though, it's still badass. This should've been added at the start. The only lame part is you can't type that much before it cuts you off.

Seriously though, best update in ages.

EDIT: It shows up as "text only", so I guess being able to use a mic will have to wait =\
