Hope your right. But Kombo and magazine called Jump dont fill me with much hope. Also scans are usually whats used to spruce the April fools thing. I will wait for IGN to confirm.

What ? You don't know Shounen Jump ? It's one of the best sold (if not THE best sold) magazines in the world with a weekly circulation of 2.7 million copies.
It's mainly a manga mag, but occassionally has small video game previews aswell, especially for this kind of games, as nearly all of the "Tales of" games have a Tv anime, an OVA or a movie.

It's enough for it to appear in the US, it's region free after all.

US PSN Store also accepts most credit cards, in case there is worthwhile DLC to be had (probably not considering what there was for the 360 version).

So is it or isn't an April Fool's joke? It is right? That IGN post sounds too fishy to me as well and for a reminder... there have been "false" scans before on the net with claiming that ToV was coming to the PS3.

If it was joke then it was one of better ones and extremly well prepared becouse most major gaming news sites reported it.
