Forums - Nintendo - Analyst Predicts Nintendo "Revolution" To Win the Console War

This just gets funnier every year, which is kind of sad in a way, as most of the industry still acts like its early 2006.

They're turning around. It's just a lot of momentum to overcome. That and original games take time, and a lot of the HD games have bene planned for a while.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Gold medal for this one: "revolution, in da leed. hahahahahhhahaahha.LMFAO! yeah, sure. the revolution will cause nintendo to go bankrupt!"

hahahaha that is a good one, I keep imagining how hard these people laughed when the name "revolution" was dropped for "wii"

PC + Wii owners unite.  Our last-gen dying platforms have access to nearly every 90+ rated game this gen.  Building a PC that visually outperforms PS360 is cheap and easy.    Oct 7th 2010 predictions (made Dec 17th '08)
PC: 10^9
Wii: 10^8

I know that, and a lot of companies probably have good stuff in development that they can't talk about yet, but it's so odd (and frustrating) when you hear people talk about the Wii like someone just broke wind.

It's funny, but the sad part is that some people still believe that Wii will eventually loose the generation (or some say it lost already as it is not really next-gen).
