I think you should warn people. I was expecting to be directly at the scan, but instead I get porn gifs. Though if you press the link on the top you get the scan.

The fact that the game has characters from previous Tales of games should already tell you that this is a spin-off. 

I could definitely see this being a fighter, otherwise it would be a Tales of the World game.

PSP definitely is on a roll lately.

 

Well at the time I posted that, there was only the pic that was in the op. The pic had the heading tales of festival, so I was assuming that it was more than one tales of game being shown. That made me think that it wasn't referring to Tales of VS specifically. Now I know from the scans.
