If Nintendo were to release the Wii in different regions like Russia,China,India and Brazil would it have passed PS2 a long time ago and maybe even pass 200 million or would it still be the same as it is right now. If they did do that wouldn't they run out faster since they still had a shortage in America or they would have had to make the production 25x more.
Ninty will release in those regions as soon as they get supply sorted out
That makes sense. Clearly it pays to piggy back off any territories the PS1/2 opened up overseas, and in addition to those theres these new territories you mentioned.
Yes, along with the DS for backup, it should certainly rip past PS2 numbers sooner.
