Also, to your second sentence, I always get a kick out of that when they re-release the NA version in Japan.

WKC really needs to be tweaked for US release.  Voice chat would work as having an actual pause function so that we can pause the cutscenes, which happen to be quite long at times according to 1UP.  I expect strong English VA for the game as well considering the quality of English VA for past Level 5 games.  Akihiro Hino already said that it would come to NA later this year.  I wonder what scores Western reviews will give it.

But give points for actually having good and innovative gameplay.

I'd really like to play this game. Though I haven't really followed it very much so I haven't been that let down that it's not out in North America yet so I can keep waiting.

Tales of Vesperia has already been announced for the PS3 in Japan. I imagine the US release will be announced around E3.

Sony has a to many first party exclusives coming. They need to time the releases so that they wont cannibalize each other.

August or September sound right. (after infamous before Xmas games)

It can't canibilize other exclusive becouse they are completly diffrent genre.
I doubt if many people looking forward to Infamous will be interested in WKC and vice-versa.

They would still need to space them out so they don't conflict with each other. This gives them a chance to try and create some hype for the game, since it's a pretty obscure title compared to some of the more popular games. Of course, Level 5 has a pretty good reputation for putting out quality games, so word of mouth alone might be enough.
