What file format will be accepted?

right now probably text only so as to make it easy for users to submit at gamefaqs, here, ign, and the other websites that are typically used. Other formats also have the problem of not everyone having the tools to open it (MSWord) or generate it (PDF generator), and potential mallicious code (HTML).

If you are thinking about making a FAQ now for when this goes live, I suggest following gamefaqs guidlines, as we will probably have something similar.
