yes. The game database is user driven content.
So does this cheat option include gamefaqs?

they would have to be aproved for a couple reasons. Mostly just to double check to see if people are reposting other's faqs.
As for VG$, yes there will be plenty to go around. Now get uploading images/boxarts/summaries
