Do you find them to be gross or still hot?

Pregnant women can still be hot, but after a few months it would be a bit weird to refer to them as hot in that way, but they can still be pretty/attractive.

I Find them beutiful, the fact that they have to go through alot of physical and mental issues and they care for the unborn life is fascinating
