I saw a rumor thread a while back but it was never confirmed..

Any follow-up? I haven't seen an Onyx DS Lite in quite a while so I'm worried.

I believe Nintendo has started discontinuing various colours. A quick search around on google would seem to confirm that Onyx has gone. With the launch of the DSi rapidly approaching its no great surprise. Sucks though. If your desperate for that colour you will probably have to resort to the used market or hope you are near stores that have them.

In the UK they have seemingly discontinued white and black so it would seem Onyx has moved on as well.
