I hope Blue Dragon is a wake-up call to publishers. More good JRPGs please. Now is the time to drop the PS2. The install base may not be there yet for the PS3 but it most definitely is for the 360, and I think it will be for the Wii(at least in Japan, and enough in the US to justify the translation).
As far as EA sports games the market has shown that graphics do matter for some, Madden, and are of less important fo other, Tiger Woods. But it does a disservice t othemselves and the market to advertise for only one system. Good for a small bump in 360 but bad overall.
Final* Word on Game Delays:
The game will not be any better or include more content then planned. Any commnets that say so are just PR hogwash to make you feel better for having to wait.
Delays are due to lack of proper resources, skill, or adequate planning by the developer.
Do be thankful that they have enough respect for you to delay the game and maintain its intended level of quality.
