Why are they so emo? Why are they so whiny? Why are they so dumb? We need more Fei Fong Wongs. We need more Laharls. We need more Yuri Lowells. What is you opinion on the matter? What type of main character would you like to see in jrpgs?

I liked Lloyd.

I would like one like Kazuma.

That never give up, down and dirty, badass personailty is a winner for any main character.

I liked Vysel from Skies of Arcadia

Reverse the characteristics ever so slightly and you have your average FPS lead. It's culture.

Lloyd is awesome.

When he stepped up to Kratos and told his friends, "leave this to me" I passed out.

+1 Lloyd for stepping to Kratos like a G.

Lloyd's personality and character changed at a good pace throughout the game. Definitely my fav. JRPG.

Haven't played Symphonia yet, so that's good the see.

They have to be emo noobs, so all the other characters can explain things to them(and thus us) and tell them(us) what to do, imagine Kratos asking stupid questions and not knowing where to go....
