No it isnt. As long as the dog has under 70% Wolf his is legal to own. Anything more you need a license. Going by his mother and father's breeding charts I'd estimate him to be about 65% wolf.

Can you imagine being sleep with a huge pain in your throat and you wake up and Kiba is trying to have Breakfast

lol he isnt that wild. Plus he will be caged at night either inside or outside. I;m not letting him lose without supervision. But I am going to training him to death to behave.

Well, I was just making sure. I know its a state by state bais, and it is illegal in my state.  I know mainly because my mother is a Vet.
