The site is very slow, but I couldn't see that bundle. All the ones I saw were 400 €.

349 euros? still rather high considering the trade rate is 1 dollar for .75 euros.

Actually it's $382 before tax (assuming 20% VAT), so cheaper than the current USA price which doesn't include VAT.

That's just a promotion for exchanging a PS2 (plus games) for a PS3.
