What is sudden adult death syndrome?

Does that just mean they haven't figured it out yet, or can't explain it (like spontaneous combustion)

^^
Doctors never admit they don't know the reason of a death or disease, they define it "idiopathic"

You are supposed to eat only the meat, not the skewer too.

sudden collapses -> death = in almost 100% the cases is a problem with the heart or the brain, maybe lungs

he just returned from a trip to portugal, so he quite certainly was on a plane - if you remain in a bad sittitng position for hours on a plane emboli can form in the leg venes

I guess there is a good possibility this might be the cause here. An embolus that formed during the flight broke free while he performed gymnastics (emboli usually stick to the vascular wall) and traveled through his venes to the heart, the lungs or the brain, where it clogged up one of the main arteries.

you forgot 2 key elements...

this healthy man had just ordered a Kebab (very healthy are his eating habits....) and was enjoying a glass of port (oh yeah!!)

Remeber kids, when you're comming off the plane, it's the right time to pour 1L of alcohol into your veins and go so some deep sea diving....you know just so that your body can experience little extreems and not have the time to adapt...

I forsee a new "I Blame WiiFit" comic in the making.

Pacman taught people to run around in dark rooms munching on pills while listening to repettive techno music and for that I somewhat idolise him.
