I guess there is a good possibility this might be the cause here. An embolus that formed during the flight broke free while he performed gymnastics (emboli usually stick to the vascular wall) and traveled through his venes to the heart, the lungs or the brain, where it clogged up one of the main arteries.

you forgot 2 key elements...

 

this healthy man had just ordered a Kebab (very healthy are his eating habits....) and was enjoying a glass of port (oh yeah!!)

 

Remeber kids, when you're comming off the plane, it's the right time to pour 1L of alcohol into your veins and go so some deep sea diving....you know just so that your body can experience little extreems and not have the time to adapt...
