video games can usually only make your RL worse, which is bad, unless you make money off of games.

After playing ninja gaiden black i just wanted to be like ryu.(i was a freaking 20 year old kid xD)

So i started training, running, working out, i even bought protein milkshakes =P. Long story short i am 22 and im in a pretty good shape with a healthy life style.

I will play animal crossing with kids online all day after i retire xD
