Forums - Gaming - Will Medal of Honor ever regain its former glory?

Doubt it, that series started great but other companies started catching up and they never advanced.

Frontlines was absolutely amazing then it seriously went down hill. It wasn't a slow decline either it was almost an automatic drop. I say they should start making a game right now and put serious development time into one and then announce it, that will garner attention. I have a feeling that's what they're doing. Either that or just i havn't heard anything on their latest games cause i havn't been keeping track of medal of honor really.

CURRENTLY PLAYING:  Warframe, Witcher 2

Nah. Not unless Spielberg decides to be part of it again.

Call Of Duty is a much bigger franchise.

medal of honor was big when infinity ward made it. However, infinity ward split off and started call of duty, and now call of duty is big... I wonder if there is a connection there... :)

Call of Duty is the new MoH. The last few MoH games sucked imo.

Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^

if they are going to still do the whole WW2 thing then they will fail

WW2 has been milked so many times it's not even funny

I mean we already have the first MOH and COD 1/2 for great WW2 FPS games, and we also have Company of Heroes as one of the best RTS of all time which also set in WW2, so I think we are done with the WW2 we already played all the different scenarios, Americans vs Germans, Americans vs Japanese, Soviets vs Germans and British vs Germans

unless they are going to let you play with the Nazis (which is almost impossible) then I am done with WW2 when it comes to your average First Person Shooters

Hey hey, lets not forget Day of Defeat. Its a great game (well HL mod) and it kinda started it. It came before MOH (at least the one that started it the most and was popular - MoHAA) and CoD 1.
