The site used to crash at about 2000 users... then ioi got new servers and it held strong up to 5000, then some more new servers, which didn't seem to do much and it still crashed around 4000-5000, .... I think there may have been more new servers since then, which clearly don't even crash at 8269.

This happened Tuesday around 2:50 or so.
I remember because I was about to go to work and then noticed the site was at 6800 something viewers. I went to go make a thread telling everyone to log on in order to break the record, but when I got to the page it was down to 5000 something and had just been to 8300something while I was loading and writing.

Then I had to go to work so I ran off

The cause was several articles did well ondigg around the same time... Zeebo, Punchout trailer, Zelda Spirit Tracks...
