I think he means that a huge game will be announced. Nintendo will announce games tomorrow(1st and 3rd party), one which makes a blogger "giddy".

^I guess we can keep Geoff in the news for another 6 hours. Has Assasins Creed 2 been formally announced? That's the only multiplatform "Big Surprise" I can think of. Unless it is a play on words an the "Big Surprise" is Mass Effect 2 is multi-platform.
