if you pause the paper thing and zoom in with proper tools it says twisted metal on the focus study paper.

It seems possible in my opinion that both are busy working on both titles.

I don't know. Maybe I'm just not too savvy on who the faces are behind the scene but are we sure that it's Lightbox from the focus group? My computer wasn't so great at reading the questions. I did see Twisted Measure though.

that's eat sleep play studio .another new sony second party.(that guy in the clip is creator of god of war franchise ,,,david jaffe who now owns eat sleep play studio)

So the Incognito guys DID bail! If the rumors were indeed true, then the current Incognito is doing nothing but working on patches and DLC for Warhawk, as they're not large enough to do much else.

This will be similar to Jaffe's studio, Eat Sleep Play. They'll be second party like ESP, Insomniac, etc.

That's the rumor I'm talking about. Perhaps there is more going on then just Twisted Metal or perhaps it's just a rumor. Either way, no matter what game it will be, it will be awesome.

You're mixing up studios. They're talking about Eat Sleep Play, who is confirmed to be working on a new Twisted Metal.

Though I'm thinking the new TM will go the Warhawk route.

I can't imagine them being big enough or having the resources to make full sized retail games. I would expect PSP and/or PSN games to be coming from them.

Well that's a waste of a paycheck, Sony should just dump them.

That's if the rumors are true, and they very well might not be.

To be honest, none of these rumors make any sense.  Why would the Incognito guys form a start-up only to work on another Warhawk-ish game? Usually devs split off to form a start-up so that they can work on new, fresh, and often quirky ideas, like Jaffe's Calling All Cars.  This is also why the Media Molecule guys left Lionhead/MS.  Ironically, Media Molecule are now practically first party yet again, though in an interview they said they were quite surprised at how receptive Sony was to their ideas.  They had almost no prototype of LittleBigPlanet to show when they first signed the deal with Sony.

But I'm going off on a tangent.  My point is that it makes no sense whatsoever why these guys left, just so they could keep on doing what they were doing.  xD
