That's if the rumors are true, and they very well might not be.

To be honest, none of these rumors make any sense.  Why would the Incognito guys form a start-up only to work on another Warhawk-ish game? Usually devs split off to form a start-up so that they can work on new, fresh, and often quirky ideas, like Jaffe's Calling All Cars.  This is also why the Media Molecule guys left Lionhead/MS.  Ironically, Media Molecule are now practically first party yet again, though in an interview they said they were quite surprised at how receptive Sony was to their ideas.  They had almost no prototype of LittleBigPlanet to show when they first signed the deal with Sony.

But I'm going off on a tangent.  My point is that it makes no sense whatsoever why these guys left, just so they could keep on doing what they were doing.  xD
