PS3 hands down, because out of all of those shooters only UT3 will support keyboard and mouse.

Also, for classic shooters, the PS3 has the best with Everyday Shooter.

Haze and Time Crisis 4 (2 sensors) are bonuses, as is Halo 3, but UT3 stands above them all imo.

Buy a computer

you need a $5k computer to play UT3 on high. stfu, leave the forums, no one likes you.

OMG i am getting sick and tired of reading this crap.  You can build a computer that will play games for the next 3-4 years for about $1,200.  My computer is 2.5 years old and has specs to play Crysis.  I play supreme commander and Stalker (both supposedly need high end pcs).

Quit saying that shit no one... that has half a brain buys a $5k computer.

You need a 8800utra and atleast 4gbs of ram to play at high settings not even the highest, toss in a nice dual core and that is way over $1200. This is for crysis, nice try getting nice graphics on it with a 2.5 year old comp.

360, bioshock, and halo 3. Hands on they have the trophy.

My respect for you increased well done, but ps3 has a much better lineup since haze is exclusive since they announced no 360 plans

(though i kinda disagree with your sig, early 2009? and thats almost earliest)

 22" pc screen

 or 40" tv

id rather play it on my tv.

You do know it's VERY easy to hook up a computer to a TV screen right?

You do know that most HDTVs would be in the living room of peoples' homes whereas a PC would be in their room, right?  Not everyone wants to move or leave a PC in the living room.

I am, to play Bioshock, Lost Planet, Crysis, Gears of War, Civ 4, Spore, etc.  However, if I don't have a PC, the PS3 lineup is the best.

I don't believe the PC was a choice.  If so, it is probably the best choice, with Crysis being above Haze and the controls being better for every shooter except UT3.

For UT3, I don't have to buy a computer.  That's the freakin point.  Thanks.

It's not that big of deal, it's only slightly more of a hassle then having to set up a keyboard for your PS3 along with a table and chair to play it since not many living rooms tend to have full sized tables in their living rooms either.  Plus you can play plenty of other PC games with the mouse... on the TV, and if you like to pirate stuff like some of my friends you can watch movies and crap.  Either way you're moving around furniture.

Really why not put your PC in your living room for this function anyway?

360 wins cause of Halo 3 and Bioshock, but the 360 and PS3 both have really good shooter lineups this year.

Both have COD 4 and HL 2 wich will both be amazing and two of the best shooters ever and game of the year contenders probably.

360 has Bioshock and Halo 3 and PS3 has Unreal Tournament III.

Wii is not even in the competition.

Also Bioshock > Crysis
UT III > Crysis
HL 2 > Crysis
CoD 4 > Crysis
Halo 3 > Cyrsis

So many games are better than Crysis, most of 'em are coming to PC as well.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

It is far more annoying to move your PC because you still have to have the keyboard and mouse.  You add speaker connections and everything else to the keyboard and mouse move.

I have an extra keyboard and mouse for my PS3, so I wouldn't have to move that.  Anyway, moving my PC is a hassle and not something I'm going to do every time I want to play.  I currently have my computer hooked up to a monitor and TV in my bedroom, but for big screen I need the living room.

But whatever, the main point is keyboard and mouse support.  With those, all versions are equal besides mods, which UT3 will have for the PS3.
