I have to admit, I'm tempted to get a 360 just for Mass Effect, except I'd rather it was turn-based combat instead of a squad-FPS combat.

I'd love to see Bioware do an RPG for the Wii. The Wii-mote would be perfect for a Baldur's Gate type game. It's possible, they're doing Sonic RPG for the DS.

360 wins this one. Good for them.

Yeah, Mass Effect isn´t the only game I´m getting a 360 for but it´s the one I want the most, since it will still use AD&D style rules you can stop the game any time you want to give commands just like with Baldur´s Gate, I´d also love a B´sG type game on the Wii.

Maybe in Mass Effect you will be able to auto-pause the game as in Baldur´s Gate, when you are attacked or when someone in your team has below 20% health. That was a pretty cool feature, save many of my weak wizzards :)

No question at all, the 360 has something great for everyone.

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn & Harvest Moon Heroes on Wii Vs. Eternal Sonata & Mass Effect on the 360

it is going to be rat race, although Mass Effect is could have been huge, M-Rating and hardcore gameplay is going to dampen the sales.

Heeeeyyyy!!!! <Snap>

Am I the only one who doesnt seem to like Mass Effect and would prefer to play Harvest Moon (have all the GBA games, SNES, and N64)?

ssj12 your not the only one i would rather play HarvestMoon than MassEffect but if MassEffect was the next KOTOR then i would prefer MassEffect but it isnt the next KOTOR due to lack of lightsabers and Sith vs. Jedi battles which are cool to watch.

Well you aren't the only HM fan, that's for sure.  Incidentally, if you love HM, I highly recommend you either get a Wii or a DS.  Rune Factory on the DS is my favorite Harvest Moon. It even passed HM:FoMT on GBA and HM:BtN on the PSone.  Not only is it great, but it has a sequel comming to the DS and another sequel comming to the Wii.  It's a most own for HM fans.

Its really sad that the 360 sells so little compared to the wii considering all the great games the system has.

@ssj no way man I've been in love with HM since 64 and I even got a emulator for the snes one. I think I'm going to get HM before I get mass effect.

Innocent Life was on PSP, but it's my least favorite Harvest Moon since A Wonderful Life on GC. You end up automating all the farm stuff (destroying the charm) and the game has too much exploration. It doesn't balance it out, and eventually farming all but disappears from the game in favor of exploration. The futuristic setting makes everything developed and modern, taking away from rustic charms of the previous game. It also was a sales flop, so no sequels will be comming out, other than a special edition for PS2 (which is a port of the PS2 game with some extra features).

Also I wouldn't be too hopeful for HM for PS3:

So, with that being your vision, is it safe to assume a game of that depth on PS3 to be the next step for the series?

Wada: There are no plans to do anything on PS3 right now.

If it was my choice I would like to make Harvest Moon for all the platforms, but there are many reasons why I can't, such as limited resources, budget, business opportunities and so on.

Plus, Nintendo as a company has been very good to me, always very helpful, friendly and supportive, and that's another reason why we chose to stick with Nintendo and develop a game on Wii.

Your so biased its not even funny, folklore an exclusive isnt on your list, and you forgot Fallout3 as well as Monster kingdom.
