Im getting this sometime this week HOPEFULLY TOMORRO but soon.. i know it comes with ps3 + 2 controls + motorstorm + resistance.. but does it come with the Emot Chip?? i heard it doesnt.. but i cant imagen y it wouldnt

I am guessing you mean the Emotion Engine. If that's the case, no, no PAL PS3s have ever had the EE or ever will.

It has a software emulator so you can still play most of the PS2 games.

PS3 can play PS2 media, but it's emulated, which means you have more of a chance of encountering some issues with PS2 games than with EE hardware. Nothing PAL users can do about it, though. Sony wanted to cut production prices, so they took it out.
