I am having a lot of fun with the game (I have one level at 14th rank on the leaderboards) but I read in the instructions there is a way to swap the control of the ship/aiming... so that you can move the ship with the pointer and aim with the control stick. However I can't find this option in the "preferences"  section of the options menu..... which is where the instruction booklet claims it is.

It's not a drastic problem as the primary control method works very well, but I would like to at least try the secondary one.
All I have on the preferences menu is the option to turn the laser sight on/off, and change the appearance of the targetting reticule (star, cross, ring and turned off alltogether)

Am I missing something?

Probably just a "missed edit" in the instructions booklet. I have played the game to the end, all silvers, some golds and don't ever knew about this option.

Ah, so it wasn't mean to be in the booklet.

I thought perhaps you could only choose it on a new profile (and I had forgotten I did it the first time) but I tried making a new one.

I unlocked the last galaxy (except the DS one)... some of the levels really throw you into it.... I think I was lucky on the one I got 14th place (I think it is the 2nd planet on the 2nd to last non-DS galaxy)

I can't believe som of the scores people have got up in the top 10.

If I wasn't too busy I could put the game on and see your score... Lot of curiousity here. XD

Damn, this game is REALLY addictive.

to see it I assume you must have a score close to it, because all I can view is the top 10, and the 10 scores around mine.

10th place has like 220 million on whichever planet it is (I will post it here later)

I can't see 11th place, but 12th has 190ish million, 13th has just over 160 million and mine is like 159 million.

Oh, I think I know what galaxy you're talking about. It's a shame that I've only made 59M so far. Shame on me xD

hi!there is not a control like this.joystick only by nunchuck,or classic controller for moving the ship.try to use attack and collect in all stages

collect in some(only some)stages can make you play for hours.this happens because is the one that can give u many lives.
