Have you found the Sniper's Nest location?  It has a very nice sniper rifle behind a very hard lock.  Its on a mountain overlooking cottonwood cove, just east of it i think.

Well I did it, if I made it in time for the update, about 2,000 gamerscore in one week.

@recon, nah I won't be bothering to challenge eNamrah in Fable 3.  Actually we are working together, as we have been doing for most the season.  I'm helping him get weapons and such and in return he will help me to get a few more achievements.  But in the end second place is the best I can hope here.

About Gothic 4, actually I forgot about that, I would gladly trade for that next week but it depends on wheter or not the price has already dropped.  I'm thinking its too early for a drop, but if it sold as bad as I suspect, maybe not.  Also tempted on Deadly Premonition but I need to find out from Ronnie if it is any good or not.  I know its only 20 dollars in the u.s.  so that's a plus.

Mr.B:  I'm a long way from busting that 100 pt lock but I found the location a while ago.  Thanks for the help.  Between the perk and the vats tip things are much better.  Just floated the B-29 so the big battle is starting to shape up. 

JPL:  I wouldn't jump on G4 till it drops.  Some frustrating combat mechanics, the cam changes take getting used to but I think you'll agree it's better than Divinity II which we liked. Not sure how to describe Deadly Premonition.  I'm glad I played it and there's a smile on my face thinking about it.  It's a campy, hilarious take on the film-noire, detective meme.   Like Neo said just ignore the right stick and adjust to the auto-cam.  Do you're best with the sloppy aiming and you're all set.  You can commute for hours in the damn thing but there is a quest that gives you a radio that cuts transport time.  All that gore may be desensitizing though.  It was $20 when it released so it should be cheaper now.

The Man: Agreed.  If this one is just a few hours longer with less fixed cam and QTEs I'd be happy but I'll wait for a price drop and check somre reviews when I'm ready.  There is something about the Star Wars universe though.  Love my sci-fi.

Is the headache inducing effect from the demo gone for Gothic 4? If so, I'll pick it up eventually. I liked the game outside of the fact that I couldn't play it more than a few minutes without my head hurting.

TheMan:  I'm not noticing any probs despite some long sessions.  The edges of the screen still do some unpleasant things if you swing the cam fast and it still seems to tire my eyes out faster than most.  There was a patch first-day but I'm not sure what it fixed.  I adjusted to the EU colour palate, dropped contrast a bit and fooled with saturation, bright and gamma till i was pretty happy.  The demo wasn't a good look at the game overall.  It's a thinner version of the Gothic rpgs I hear but it hits a sweet spot for me.  Take all my comments on the genre with a grain of salt.  Maybe hold off, find out if that patch was aimed at framerate or just give it a rent?  

Wow you guys, just wow.  2,000 gamerscore and I still only get 4th place for the week.  I give up.  I take pride in having third place overall for the year but no matter what I do eNamrah and Ron just outscore me everytime.

You're looking at it wrong!  Click on "GS Weekly".  You're in 1st place!!!  In fact, you may have the highest weekly gamerscore of all time (you may want to ask Neoratt about that).  Job well done.  I'm jealous, actually.

If your thinking about deadly premonition i can't recommend it enough. If your a fan of David Lynch/Twin Peaks and your not a graphics whore then you'll have a blast. Since i've started playing it i can't tear myself away from it to finish up fable 3. It is bizarrely brilliant.
