Yeah some of the referances throughout the game were brilliant and altough at 1200msp it was a bit pricey i definitley think it was worth it.

With Fable I've gone from WOW to totally gagged and back to wow again.  I've been finding dozens of temples, caverns, ruins etc. just exploring after endgame.  It's a huge, beautifully realized world that's for sure.   The word fantastic comes to mind.  I love Lionhead's vison of fantasy but I wish they'd ease up on the innovation and leave some meat on their rpgs.  I love the snow and sand environments.  The voicework and music is very good.  It's a tough game to stay mad at.  The parody of the genre and gamers in general played out at Sunset Manor should not be missed.  It's the best in the series and I really enjoyed F:TLC.  I won't spoil things but I'm looking forward to doing things right on my neutral playthrough.  There is definitely some replay value there.

Any word on patches for Vegas at all?  Not that it's unplayable but I expect they'll get on some of the bugs pretty quick.  They're experienced.      

The league is up-to-date for this week...

I tied for last place with 0 points this week.  I haven't had a day off since last Thursday so that sorta hurt things.  I have six days off (well, only five, now) so plan to jump into Fable 3, polish off that final boss in'Splosion Man, and finish up the two Alan Wake DLC's before I go back to work on Wednesday night.

I realized that the only reason I even care about Achievements is because of this league.  It's going to be hard to find motivation once Neo leaves his duties behind.  I think ioi or one of his team really need to take control of the League after NeoRatt retires.  It's a pretty big deal to me and definitely needs to continue in some form, on this site.

pinball fx 2 has a bunch of achievments for the tables from the first game.   game is free and you can import the tables for free.

I had no idea!  I have the first but didn't think the second would be worth the MS Points.  I'll download it very soon. 

On a side note, I finished 'Splosion Man this morning and it didn't give me my 25 Achievement points for finishing the game (I'm currently #5 in the world for that final boss--pretty sweet).  Anybody know if this is an issue with the game, the new Xbox Dashboard update, or if it has something to do with me downloading the two bonus stages from Comic Jumper?

Did you ever take the Way of the Coward? I dunno if that would affect the achievement, but that's the only guess I have.
