If the Sega Saturn is concidered retro, then yes.

Everyone who missed out on the saturn is missing out on some of the best games ever.  Problem is that half of the games never got released outside of japan.

There is something satisfying for me to actually buy games that will go up in value over time compared to buying games like madden when the value of the game will cut in half in a matter of a couple months.

Most of the games on retro systems allow you to do this, and you can buy them sometimes at prices that are much lower than what they are worth.

Anything before PS2 counts as Retro IMO.

Besides, Earthbound 0 (which was a recent aquisition) I also recently played Maniac Mansion, Shadowgate for NES, and Final Fantasy 3 SNES.

I also like to bust out my SNES mouse and Play Civilization 1 ocasionally.

I also have an Atari and like to play a game of River Raid or Pitfall every now and then.

On N64 I play Perfect Dark and Mario Kart.

Boy oh boy I love how dreamcast makes the list.  It definantly deserves to be considered retro/classic.

I've been playing Phantasy Star Online Ver 2. lately.  Online, through my dreamcast.  It feels awesome.

Guardian Heroes for Saturn has to be my favorite side scrolling action game. I spend the entire summer of 96 playing that game. Man that is a classic game I had a lot of love for the Saturn and I was sad to see it die and not get the love it deserved.

You aren't joking, last month I bought an NES System Test Cartridge for 6 dollars at a Flea Market. I got it home and found out it was worth around $100 dollars on E-bay.

I know it's not really a game, but I have found games worth eight or nine times what I paid for them. I once picked up Dragon Warrior IV for $3 and found out it's worth around $40.

Alot of the games I own now weren't originally mine. My wife's brother gave them to her a while back and when we got married she brought them. I've picked up a bunch since then and Now my NES collection alone is well over 300 games and Valued at roughly 3-5k

Definately a retro gamer. If I didn't have so many other games on my plate, I'd be a danger to myself with the Virtual Console. Great games from my childhood plus a ton I never got a chance to play, yummy.

All this talk of Civ 1 makes me wish Pirates! was coming to VC. It's the original Sid Meier masterpiece.

I used to make a lot of money buying games here and selling them online.  It was a nice little side job for me and i was able to play many games, and make money doing it.  Part of the reason might be because where i live is a very cheap place to live and everything is cheap, but many stores around here have set prices for all games on a certain system and then i can get some serious steals.  Every week i would travel around town and go to about 10 different places and i had a book that i made with the prices of basically every game that i used to help me know what to buy.

I think i bought marvel vs capcom 2 about 10 different times, on all kinds of systems.  The pawn shop near me sold every xbox, PS2, and gamecube game for $10 (this was more than 2 years ago).  Other games that were easy to find and sell at higher prices were DOTA volleyball, DDR, and .hack.

I freakin love that game, used to rent it all the time, could never find it for purcahse.  Best I could get is Pirates! for the computer that just came out.  It's good, but the NES version is the best. (Even better then the sega version imo.)

i still get out my 3do occasionally to play road rash, i also like playing joust(an all time favorite), rampage, and q-bert from the PSN store. i still have a copy of super dodge ball and mike tyson's punch out, but no way to play them =( i also enjoy super mario bros, zelda, and sonic emulated on the pc.

some you guys may not know about are the original metal gear games, pretty good, they're playable on MGS3: Subsistence, cool bonus!

right now i'm off to do some retro movieing, i just got Stephen King's IT, haven't seen that for more than 12-13 yrs, later... "We all float down here..."

I found a cartridge with a dead save battery, so I just left my NES on day and night. ;)

I'm busy with current games, but I have a 2600, NES, SNES, Genesis, PSX and a Dreamcast all set up in my game room. When I do play any of them, it's usually Punch-Out, Super Tecmo Bowl and Sonic 1 or 2.
