Chart Track - UK upto 14th March

Well, Uk is less than 30% of the Wii market. But let's be generous and say 1/3 of the sales come from the UK. That means 37k x 3 = 111k. Not to mention that, appearantly, the game is selling really well in Australia.

I think the game's overtracked by 25k-35k 20k-30k in Others.

Overtracked or undertracked? Make up your mind.

Undertracked, obviously. Thanks for the catch.

But isn't The House of the Dead: Overkilled banned in Germany?  I thought they didn't sell M games there. Are there other nations in Europe like that?

Overkill isn't selling in most European countries outside of the UK. It is banned in germany and isn't really the sort of game to appeal to the Mediterannean countries, hasn't done great in France etc. You can't just take the fact that UK represents 30% of hardware sold in others and say that others sales for Overkill should be 3 times that of the UK...

Since Overkill sells less in US than in Europe, and UK is closest to US when it comes to gaming taste, I assumed Overkill did just fine in Continental Europe. I didn't know Overkill didn't sell well in France.

I must say Overkill isn't selling very well in that case. I can't imagine Sega being pleased with its sales anyway.

Thanks for the clear replies, good sir!
