UK 360 sales are 1.5:1 lifetime and currently nesarly 2:1 weekly.  US and UK is 360 and mainland Europe is split.

The bolded part is laughable...  its been discussed on a forum and we have decide it will sell 9-10 million... decided based on what??? lol... This gen isnt last gen... the PS3 isnt the PS2..  please.. listen to yourself.

Possibly because the 360 has been out for 16 months longer in the UK than the PS3? Nice work, hotshot.

And I never said anything about decisions. I'll thank you not to put words in my mouth. I merely said that it had been posited as a reasonable hypothesis.

 

And you ignored the current selling ratio of virtually 2:1.... nice work hotshot...

I ignored it because it's just that; 'current'. A PS3 pricecut would swing things in Sony's favour - of that I'm confident.

Not as much as Halo 3 was for the 360, but i think it will have an effect

it will move systems as long as it comes out during the holidays and following a system price cut

I wish I actually liked driving sims. I will forever remain unexcited about GT5, despite the fact that it will probably be the ps3's best selling title.

To those saying GT5 is the ps3's only remaining system seller, that is incorrect. It actually has three.

God of War III will move a decent amount of systems in the US, FFXIII will probably move a couple hundred thousand ps3s in Japan, and GT5 will move a hell of a lot of systems in Europe, while also giving the ps3 a decent boost in NA and Japan.
