Strange how this is affecting some people, but not not others?

As I noted before, I was using firefox with AdBlock PLus and still getting these virus alerts. I've now installed the Noscript extension and it seems to have done the trick - no more trojan alerts :)

This is not ideal though, as a lot of the site's functionality is sacrificed. But it's the safest option for me at the moment, till all of this gets sorted out.

Yeah, I just scanned and there they were. Apparently I didn't have a setting right or something so they got on board.

Okay, got those extra FF bits up and running. I only switched to this browser a few weeks ago and had never really taken the time to fiddle with it.

my firefox just crashes and closes on this site sometimes.

raptor:gta same here, norton detects a virus soon after that,i suspect that ad site tribal media something is bringing the virus to VG Charts.

This is fucking stupid. There has been multiple threads about this over the last couple of weeks and all of you mods say the same crap. Have any of you actually talked with ioi? Has ioi addressed this at all? As an admin ioi should have ways of checking the banner content.

As a mod team you should be all over this like a PS3fanboy on Wiifanboy trolling. Oh and yes I am going to report my own post so you all actually see this as it is kinda important for the whole site to not have viruses. I don't want to see this site die off because of stupidity.

My ZoneAlarm is blocking a spysite "wanrzcvupf.hk/dl" google it!! Google has a warning about it!!

I have adblock running so I cannot see what it is, neither do I want to!!

same here everyone. I am getting pounded with mroe and more crap detected by norton. My browser freezes to a halt. Then I have to restart it. Bummer, I really love this site. Shame. Peace out.
