lol! Guess that explains it - a couple of those 3-percenters are on the interwebs and on our very own VGC.

Also, the rest could possibly include those who aren't very good readers, and those people are here.

And now, back on topic. I haven't bought any 2009 games, although I have bought a couple of older games this year (namely Rome: Total War, Super Stardust HD and Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops - but that's not what was asked, is it?). Oh, and I doubt I'm buying any 2009 game anytime soon (there are no games that interest me).

I'm pretty sure the percentage of functionally illiterate people in the US is much higher (something like 15% of working adults). And reading internet forums, I think a large percentage of them visit internet forums.

I've only bought 1 game this year,

Guitar Hero WT for Wii

I would have bought it when it released, but unfortunately it wasn't available in my city until January.

none. I'm looking at buying LBP and MAYBE Killzone 2 (as cod4 is still plenty of fps for me)

However, if GT5 comes out this year, then I'll definitely buy that
