i had ninja gaiden 2 in xbox 360, but of course i will buy..i had Ninja gaiden sigma too, it´s for collection and fun.

I never said the PS3 had no good games. None of the games you listed are better than this one. LBP and Valkyria are the only one's that are even on the same level as Ninja Gaiden 2. I can't say a 7 hour game like Resident Evil 5 or something like Killzone is better than Ninja Gaiden 2. Street Fighter 4 might be, but that's about it.

And why a ps360 owner would buy the ps3 version is beyond me. Why not buy the xbox version, save yourself 35 $ and maybe use the rest of the money to buy some Cheetos and sodas? Always a good thing.

Or if the game is actually in 720p or 1080p? That'd be a big improvement on top of the new bosses and weapons.
