Hard to say for me, I found FEAR 1 boring and I hated WaW. I suppose FEAR 2 would be better, but I haven't tried it yet.
I hated Fear2 demo I would say anything is better than Fear2.

Well Gamestop made the decision easy for me. They're running by 2 used games get 1 free so I picked them both up and got Tomb Raider Underworld as well.
Also FYI, they are also running a promotion if you trade in 6 or more games they will give you an extra 40% trade in credit as well. You can still use your edge card to get the extra 10% in trade in credit and for the reduction in price for the games too. I traded in some pretty old games (Boom Blox, Trauma Center, Resistance, Sonic Rush, Phoenix Wright, and Ninja Gaiden Sigma) spent thirty bucks and got those 3 games. Think I got a pretty good deal.
I liked the Fear 2 demo but have not played the full game. W@W, in MHO is one of the most overrated games ever. I thought it was absolutely horrible. If it wasn't for the Zombie mode (at the time you had to beat the game in order to unlock this) I would not have finished W@W.
If you are looking for a good story mode, I recommend Bioshock.
Beat Bioshock right after it came out on the 360. One of the best games ever made.
