My store never got any copies of it period. Half of our releases are received late, if at all. It happens to all systems though, Blue dragon just showed up a day ago.I have had one person ask for Warhawk though. We did sell out of Graw2 within 7 days (2 business weeks the way the timing worked out) but we only had three copies come in.

I went to two gamestops the other day. One was sold out and I got the last copy at the other.

hey ssj12, i live in spring hill too, i went and bought warhawk at the local eb by walmart and it didnt look like it was selling too well, but neither did mp3. two worlds was like hidden along with stuntman, but all the sales people love warhawk and they are all anti sony which surprised me.

I was walmart the other day in Syracuse and I didn't see any copies. Sounds like it is selling really well.

I think retailers might have been hesitant to make orders to send a message to Sony. Selling the game online is in direct competition with retail. If I were a retailer, I would not want Sony to be competing with me.

I think big games get alot more than that. When Halo 2 launched, my EB had a line that was at least 150 strong (I was 107), and that wasn't even all the people that preordered it. I bet Halo 3 will have alot more per store than just 25 to 30.

As for Warhawk, they were sold out at my local Best Buy when I checked, so it seems to be selling strong. I don't think that retailers expected this kind of demand for alot reasons (sold on PSN, online multi-player only), but it seems that this might be the game the "it" game for the PS3 until the big boys arrive.

I went to 7 different stores yesterday and not a single one had it, but the one best buy had 12 360 elites on display :(

this happened to me when trying to buy godfather on wii...but yea I didn't think it would have been sold out, i thought the online version would have sold quite a few but o well I was wrong
