Uh I've been the cheatee a couple of times in my life, and lemme tell you even though you aren't the person directly being bad, Its a shitty position to be in when the shit hits the fan. Drama isn't fun.

Especially man-drama where you run the risk of being punched in the face by her boyfriend.

Make her leave him before you do anything.

As for advice I would give, I have to agree with moongoddess, you should not do anything unless she breaks it off with the other guy, partially because it's unfair to the other guy, but it's also not fair for you, because you wouldn't ever be convinced she was completely into you
