weird code the 1 is throwing me off,
1-0-3-6-9
everything after the 0 is just +3 so what is the 1 for.

Maybe it's a jumbled date.

 

Such as.   3-16-09  Announcement today?

or 6-13-09 or some such.

Looks like you were right, they did reveal something today. The 3 DLC. I still think there is some other meaning to those numbers though.
