they must be desperate to unload the excess ps3s from the holidays. I went a best buy in kansas city , mo 2 weeks ago and there were ps3s everywhere. The salesman said they had 3 times that amount in storage. He said they just weren't selling.

My 80gb Ps3. came with MGS4 and 5 free blu rays, this deal doesn't look that good compared to Sonys standard deal last year lol.

^to post above me, stores do deals all the time regardless of their storage. Walmart gives free games away with Xbox, Wii or Ps3 from select titles throughout the year. Same with Target, Costco, Amazon and Circuit City used to.

lol at your post. the deal isnt any better than normal bundles so id assume this is targeting people already looking to buy one in which case theyd be selling the system either way and not trying to persuade them. also this deal will have a huge impact for 6 days am i rite?

its a sweet deal but not one to move a bunch of consoles is what i was getting at. itd most likely sell to people who already chose to buy one. and if their trying to take sales away from other stores id have yo say one week wont have much of an impact. im sure we wont see an increase in sales this week
