This was the demo and not the full version, but given EA's current issues with pretty much everything else I have looked at I suspect they will be in the final copy, too.

I played the demo on the PS3 and got birdie, eagle, birdie. It looks like a normal xbox game, but then again i only have a 37" SD TV. So no HD :(

Plus i never played a EA golf game before, i like Hot shots.

I really don't understand why EA was pushing the 360 and PS3 versions in the first place. This stupid stuff about sharing trick shots and mapping photos into custom players... Who cares? If there's one EA sports franchise where they should focus on the Wii version, its Tiger Woods. But it sounds like they really didn't improve much from 07.

Hopefully We Love Golf can fill the void of a truly top-tier golf game on Wii.

Ya, the Wii version ain't that bad, pretty cool. Nice to have some other controlls for a golf game than Wii Sports

I love to see what happens if EA DOESN'T pick up their game soon. Slipping market share, dropping sales... soon you will have mass layoffs.

I have already been astounded by their profit/revenue figures - profit is tiny for such a huge company. A lot more competition this generation as well.
