Did you read jefforange89 post? Obviously you didn't clearly.
He stated a neat fact "Actually, the gyroscopes used in Wii Motion Plus weren't available till 2007. Before then, they were too brittle, and too expensive for Nintendo's purposes. At least, that's what I've read."
I'll but and love it, this thread is stupid did you think they were gonna give it to 49mill wii owners for free????
There is nothing stopping Nintendo from packing in a Motion Plus with all Wii Remotes once it is released.

Well, once WM+ is released, they should just build it into every new Wiimote that's produced.

It's a technology upgrade. This problem is not at all limited to Nintendo or Microsoft, almost all companies do it. You have to pay for all technology upgrades. The Dual Shock for the original Playstation, for example. Memory sticks, CD drives, you name it.
And it's not limited to the gaming business, if you that's what you were thinking. It occurs with most technological producs. Sometimes there are new products released, sometimes it's extensions or add-ons to existing ones. The iPod comes to mind, with successive iterations of the same product, becoming better and better with each iteration.

Lol you are funny. Anyway I think we all know why this wasn't included originally. Price of the tech and it being ready.
I definitely think all Wii remotes from hence forth should have Wii Motion plus built in. It is imperetive for Nintendo to do that if they want it to be widely available and hence if they want third parties to implement it on a large scale (assuming they ever get around to making Wii games that aren't onrail shooters).
