exactly if they have given OPM the exclusive rights about their games,then we can be assured that X360 timed exclusivity is not there

This has already been dicussed on gametrailers (where the OP probably got his image), and the conclusion was that its either:

1) Exclusive article to the magazine - doubtful

or

2) Exclusive to the PS3 out of the playstation family (i.e. not on PSP and PS2 as the magazine deals with those as well) - more likely

Its highly doubtful that that it would be a PS3 exclusive since the first was on the 360, and since then has become multiplatform. It could be a timed exclusive for the PS3 as a way of evening out the timed exclusivity of the first one, but it seems like an odd strategy, and one which probably would be detremental to their sales.

2k gives them the rights.If they have given OPM exclusive look at bioshock 2 , we can be sure that it will not be timed exclusive for any console.

actually that "2)" is very very unlikely in my opinion, because there is no gain in it not comming to PS2 or PSP (and actually noone ever thought it might go to those systems)

totally no need for "!" or to even mention "exclusive" for that, you usually only list the system(s) in that case

honestly it will be a very dumb move to have the game exclusive to any platform given the bad financial situation that 2k(TT)is in right now.both consoles have high enough install base to benefit the developers.

Yhea, MS will have to fork over a whole lot of money to get this game as a timed exclusive in the long run it will hurt 2k. This game will easily sell atleast 2mil on the PS3 if it releases the same time as the 360 version.
