This has already been dicussed on gametrailers (where the OP probably got his image), and the conclusion was that its either:
1) Exclusive article to the magazine - doubtful
or
2) Exclusive to the PS3 out of the playstation family (i.e. not on PSP and PS2 as the magazine deals with those as well) - more likely
Its highly doubtful that that it would be a PS3 exclusive since the first was on the 360, and since then has become multiplatform. It could be a timed exclusive for the PS3 as a way of evening out the timed exclusivity of the first one, but it seems like an odd strategy, and one which probably would be detremental to their sales.
