Also as for the added content, it's a pipe dream since some companies are already having financial problems with current HD development. The thought of even a few more companies making HD games and spending a lot more on development to fill up a Blu-Ray disc is ridiculous. |
Funny how crossing the Altantic on the Queen Mary was never a problem for the vast majority of people...yet for some crazy, undefined reason most people choose to fly today. 480i graphics weren't a 'problem' back in the PS1/2 days either...yet, again, people seem to be running HD a lot???! Why? Weird, huh?
Just because something wasn't a 'problem' back in the day doesn't mean there aren't better solutions available today.
Extra content can be as simple as developer interviews, character sketches, cut scenes that were dropped etc. There isn't much 'development' needed to throw some extrat stuff on there.
