what do you want out of it?

For me, I don't really care about the story too much. I just want a bunch of content and I want it to be long. I'd like a battle system like Vesperia's. I'd like the main character or at least a character in your party to have a fighting style like Van/Alexei's.

I want more badass outfits

Another Yuri lowell, A complex and engaging storyline, ToV's battle system on steriods, another Yuri Lowell, great charatcers, another Yuri Lowell.

Cool is an understatment. He is one of the best main character to ever grace the rpg genre. Do you not see my avatar?

a better story and more addictive gameplay. while i liked the fights in tales of symphonia: dawn of the new world, i didnt feel like it was addictive.

i hope the main character is like a Kratos. a one sword half melee, half mage.

seems like typically a lot of RPG's have the main character be a pure fighter guy, with a huge sword or dual swords. And then you have your pure mage, then ranged, healer and then the awesome mentor dude who is half melee, half mage.

i want to have our hero be that guy this time. And hoping for if there is a dual weilder that he has different weapons in each hand. Whether a long sword/short short (or dagger, a sword/mace, sword/axe, sword/flail or whatever you can think of. Sick of same two weapons in each hand.

Or at least have the two swords different like the fire and ice sword combo. Hoping not your typical old masterful sage, or super young genious mage. Why can't they ever be normal age.

i mean heck if they get rid of just the cliche character types right there the story can be as cliche as most RPG's are and it would seem awesome and new.
