I guess they don't want to canibalize their own sales. Look at the first game in europe, it is constantly in the top 20 and has just reached a million this week.

well, in europe it doesn't make much sense releasing the second one right now, but they could very well ANNOUNCE it's coming to NA at least

Isn't layton's the kind of game that a sequel release should not affect the current one on the market?
They are different puzzles anyways.

you could say the same thing about any game. The problem is that if someone wants to buy only 1 puzzle game, they now have to choose.

Although, I really don't think it should be a concern of Nintendo




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
