6. Tacitcs Ogre: Let Us Cling Together
7. Ogre Battle: Person of Lordly Caliber
8. Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen

A whole... 2 games from the PS1 era and none after... kinda sad really.

Oooh Robotrek.  I liked that game but the battle system got on my nerves.

That was the first game that give me a sense of "You could make anything!"

Do you have any idea how lucky you are to own the original Ogre Battle and Tactics Ogre?

Well i don't.  I own the PS1 versions.  The PS1 comment just meant when they originated.

Still it is pretty lucky.  I wandered across the SNES version of Ogre Battle via my rental store and rented it dozens of times.. then when i saw they had a PS1 release i picked it up as fast as i could.  Tactics Ogre i actually became a fan of back when i had no problem pirating games that were imports.  THen when i bought the PS1 version... it was even better.

Still those are both really rare too.

I owe it more to having a generous rental budget when i was a kid.   I got 5 dollars a week which I used to rent a game (4 dollars) and buy 4 of those 6 inch jolly ranchers that looked like rulers.
