That is horrible. My Sgt. saw a similar sight. I can't go into details because I didn't want to grill him for specifics. Situations like that are the worst. I can deal with dead bodies pretty well, but seeing somebody die right in front of you? Words can't describe it.
a guy on my football (soccer for you noobs) team got hit with a particularly nasty tackle, and his ankle.... snapped. the game had to be called off because they had to bring the ambulance onto the field, and it took half an hour before he was calmed down enough to be put on a stretcher and into the ambo.
Just look up eduardo breaking his ankle on youtube or whatever. it was like that...
