Castle Crashers is complete!!!

Castle Crashers is completely completed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel really great about how the final product has come out after playing through a few times last night. I’m very proud of what our team was able to accomplish. This game is undoubtedly the largest 360 XBLA game that has any kind of story; Large in scope, takes hours and hours to go through with your buddies. Lots of little treasures and secrets hiding around the levels, many unlockable characters all with a different feel, and lastly, no real weak spots in the game that I can foresee haunting me for the rest of my life.

Here's something of interest to you non-360 owners.

Dan Paladin, one of the animators for Castle Crashers, had this to say when someone asked if Castle Crashers was coming to the PS3 and everyone jumped on his case about it being a 360 exclusive

well, don't be so quick to shoot down the idea, guys.  there's always possibilities much later on down the road.  we ported alien hominid onto the gamecube, ps2, xbox (in europe), and gameboy advance.  then alien hominid HD version was made for XBLA.   at the end of the day it all just depends on how we want to balance our limited time, money, risk, and people-energy.

This is my favorite thread! I love everytime you bring it back to life. It just shows how long we've all been waiting for it.August 27th cannot come fast enough.

I want everyone who is buying this to say so in this topic. That way we can know who to add to our friends lists for some 4 player co-op. Dolla I hope you don't mind but I'm sending you a request this afternoon. I need commited Castle Crasher fanatics that I know will put good time into this game.
